1920's Cuban Baseball Item Info Needed

Has anyone ever seen one of these (probably I assume)? What exactly is it and how was it issued? Going over the roster it seems to be 1923-24 but Frank Chance is shown as manager and he never did for the White Sox. It is very glossy and folds out to where both photo sides are in one section and both text pages are as one also. Each page is 8.5" x 12" and 8.5" x 24" overall. I am in the process of trying to sell it and want to be informed as to what I have and what it may be worth.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Tony

These are pages from the 1924 Tomas Guttierez album. Pages from it are often sold individually. They are not that tough to find, although someone who is looking for a particular team may have to wait for a while before one comes available.

Depending on HOFer content my guess is the value for the pair would be around $200-250.

Thanks Tom. Replaced the first 2 photos with clearer ones. Hall of Famers pictured are: Ray Schalk, Eddie Collins, Harry Hooper, Ed Walsh, Johnny Evers, Frank Chance, Ted Lyons & Red Faber. 8 HOF'ers, not too shabby!

It is also very cool that it is both Chicago teams on each side of the fold out. To me, that would make a very cool item to frame together like that. Not sure if it necessarily increases value, but at least to me makes it a bit of a cooler piece.

A couple of complete albums have recently sold at auction in the $1,000 - $2,000 range. All MLB teams from 1923-24 were included just as the 2 Chicago teams were.

Another version of the album was also produced picturing the 4 major Cuban Winter League teams from the 1923-24 season, including numerous Negro Leaguers.
