Casual fans may have heard of one or two of these (likely Musial’s home/road splits or his connection with Griffey).

Serious fans may know 10 or so, while diehards might know 20.

But I am sure at least a few of these are new to everyone who reads them.

Underrated OF Reggie Smith's rookie card is #317

Reggie Smith hit 317 career home runs

I have yet to find another player who hit the same number of career home runs as the number of his rookie card. I've even offered rewards in the past to anyone who could find another.

Mickey Mantle's batting average in 1952 was 311, the same card number on his 1952 Topps card. :)
