Anyone ever seen an uncut sheet of 9 Red Man cards like this? Is it a reprint or original.

Appears to be some kind of new issue commemorating them.

they don't look like originals. I've never seen an uncut sheet.

Especially one that looks like it ONLY has Hall Of Fame players on it.

None of these had green borders. Did they even have borders at all? Why would you do that? It greatly increases the number of cuts that would need to be performed.

Have never seen anything like that. Perhaps a magazine insert?? Anything on the backs suggesting a manufactor?
