Vintage H&B bat shipping records
 

Posted By: <b>Andy Broome</b><p>I know Vince Malta's book is available to members of Game Used Universe but the records only cover HOF'ers. Does anyone know if the shipping records are available for obscure players? I have a bat of a minor leaguer from 1931 that has the players name block stamped and is side written by H&B when it was returned to the factory during the last part of the '31 season. Based on the players short minor league career, I believe shipping records would show that this was his only bat for the first part of the '31 season thereby making this the bat he used in particular games. In other words, I am trying to nail down if this was his only bat for the first part of the season or if there is another H&B bat of his floating around that he could have used.<br />It's probably a long shot but I know there are more knowledgeable bat people out there than me. I confess, I'm more of a card guy!<br /><br />Thanks for any help on this.<br />Andy
