Who Are These Guys? 1920s Players/1953 Yankees Old-Timers Gm

I recently picked up a group of photos including this one taken by William C. Greene (stamped while at the NY World-Telegram) and it came out of the Sporting News archive. The photo has written "Yankees Old-Timers 53" on the back, and these guys were "old-timers" in 1953. So, they probably played in the 1920s (?)

I need help identifying the 2 guys next to, and the 2 guys behind Ford Frick. Thank you guys!

The man next to Frick looks like William Harridge, at least to me.

Looks like an entourage of officials, but not former players.

The only guy I may be able to guess about is...
I think that might be George Sisler in the second row to the right. Thoughts?

Vincent Impellitteri

That looks like NYC Mayor Vincent Impellitteri next to Harridge.

Thank you for your help Bob. NYC Mayor Vincent Impellitteri looks to be correct.

Also, thanks to Steve and Brian for their input.

I now have the whole front row. Just need the two guys behind them. Again... Sisler on the right?

I don't know if it's Sisler, the image below is from 1951 and he looks older. The the guy in your image seems to have more hair too.

Looking at George Sisler's ears, they are squared-off at the bottom; whereas in the picture with Frick and Harridge, they are not.

Therefore, it is my considered opinion that it is not George Sisler in the OP's photo.
