Great news, thanks! It's kind of wild to go back and listen to episode 4 in light of where the market has gone since.

Listened on my morning walk. I enjoyed it. My dog seemed ambivilent.

I agree. It would make for a great episode to revisit episode 4 to see what the same blueprint would cost currently or an overall commentary on the state of the current market from a price standpoint.

I’m a newbie so I’m interested to see if there have been similar periods in the past where prices increased rapidly and what history can tell us about the the current and future state of the market.

I love the interviews with collectors and hearing their T206 stories...it would be great if there was a way to weave an update to episode 4 as part of a collector’s story so it is not just about money.
