Wanted : Psa graded Tom Downey cards

Posted By: neil b. downey
Hi Neal, I believe that he is. A second cousin of mine once spent 2 years putting together a Downey family tree. On the tree was a Tom Downey who was born in the same year and the same town and state. He was not able to get an exact date of birth or any other records because of a fire at the building that we would consider the town hall where the records were kept. Therefore, I have to go on faith that this is him. Even if I am wrong, it's still a thrill to collect a player's cards that have the same last name and that I believe I have a connection to. Thanks for the question, Neil
