First off, I want to thank EVERYONE for making the last thread such a success!!! It was active over 2 years, with over 7,000 views!!! That being said, due to the age of the thread, I was no longer able to edit the title to alert people as to what was coming down the pipe, when it was ending, etc. Rather than bother Leon everytime I wanted to change the title, I am forced to make a new thread!!!

I have also come to a crossroads in my life. I have lost my very first card. Ever. It was a graded 1933 Sport Kings Gene Tunney (a boxer). Yes, like most collectors that have been in the game for awhile, my collection is HUGE. I have cards and what not stuck in various nooks and crannies all about my abode. Even though I have piles of stuff EVERYWHERE, I know where everything is. Losing the card made me realize that I have to pare stuff down. I can't just keep buying stuff, stashing it away, and forgetting about it.

So, that being said, I embarked on another first. I opened an Ebay store. I have had an amazon store for YEARS. Ebay was a different matter. The store will allow me to list more. I am putting up more raw cards for example. If it goes well the first couple of months, I will keep the store and list more. I have enough stuff to keep me selling for years if I was able to do it full time. As it stands now, I have a full time job, and the cards are just a "hobby", although one that monopolizes quite a bite of my time.

Very odd...I just clicked on the link, and it said I had 45 results, and showed the cards up! Any one else having this problem?

maybe it's because you are in canada?? I don't ship internationally, but I do participate in the Global Shipping program. Very odd.....

I had this problem with Wilkiebay just the other day so he added another/different link that I can see it now.

Adkos and another here, below your thread, have e-bay links and I have no trouble seeing those?

Thanks for telling me you use Global. In that case, I likely won't be purchasing anything anyways. They are a rip off.

I know..I hate that...they do things the right way, but the right way always rips the customer off.

You mean with the tracking thing? That is a nice feature but imo, it is rare that someone doesn't receive their card(s) using another, less expensive shipper.

I could, maybe somewhat, understand paying higher shipping fees if insurance is provided for expensive cards but to pay more for shipping than what one paid for the card makes no sense to me. :confused:

I suggest that you add the link to one of your more (most?) current "ttt" posts.

All I see is a page full of "ttt" posts with no link to anything...

Some would call me lazy for not going to page #2 for the link, I would acknowledge that may be true, but I'm not the only one being a bit lazy.

I have mentioned this before. When I click on your link, or try taking it further/dig deeper, I get "0" results?

Not sure if it's a bad link, or something I am not doing, but I don't have this trouble with other E-Bay links?

Irv, it has to do with me not shipping internationally. I have before in the past, but alot of Canadian bidders were complaining about the high shipping charges the program was charging them, so I discontinued it.
