How many T206's do you own?
 

Something I've wondered about is the quantity of t206s that people have accumulated. We know a lot about progress in completing individual sets but with all the back runs and people collecting certain players, teams, poses, etc. I thought it would be interesting to simply find out how many individual specimens people have.

Currently I have about 840.

You can't count one card four times. I don't care how many overprints it has.:)

- 45 autographed (38 unique and authentic player poses, 1 dupe, 2 wife-signed, and 4 unauthenticated)

- 20 unsigned unique poses

Roughly 197...four dupes I believe

he/they only counted once :) also have a couple Matty white caps and a Young Port- Hindy........ Those are all I kept.

About 540 which includes many duplicates.

I think 10 or 11 right now, but growing weekly. T206s still aren't my top priority, but I do love them!

I have one currently, and am trying to whittle that down to zero. But I am mildly interested in the set and may tackle it (or a subset of it) in the very distant future.

What are these T206 that everyone keeps talking about?

Never been into them...I think they're boring.

Have the Keeler batting but that is it.

I've owned well over 1000 of them over the years, but several years back, I stripped down the collection, and focused on quality. I have about 2 dozen these days, rare backs and drastic back miscuts.

Awhile back, there was a discussion here I believe about "the 25 card collection". Buy cards, then sell/trade other cards...keeps the collection fresh and exciting, IMO...I'm basically doing that.

I have 5 - just enough to know I'm not crazy about them .....

522 different cards.

Around 560 if you count duplicates.

Stayed at 60 or 70 for decades. Now at 19...soon to be at 17 when my live auction ends: I will keep the Dorian Gray portrait;)

Nothing wrong with them, just too much other nice stuff out there.

I have one...can't even recall who it is or where it is...found it in a stack of postcards I bought.

I agree, I own 3-4 or so but mainly because they were in a lot I purchased for a completely different item. Nothing wrong with T206's but I just don't collect 'em.

I have roughly 360 t206 cards...

Sometimes the count fluctuates up to around 400 and at one time I owned around 440.

At one time had over 2,000

When I first joined this site I got the T206 bug and bought 41 of them from fellow members in around 3 months. Since then I discovered I really did not like them and sold them as one lot in the auction section. So my # is 0.

I have about 600. 521 different, about 40 dups with tougher backs plus another 40 dups.

I got 520 different and hundreds of a few key cards I like a bit odd yes but I collect what I like

700 and somethin at the moment. Never really get tired of them.

I only collect HoFers in T206, but I found a Dummy Taylor in one box that I will probably trade.
So maybe Qty 30 T206 cards in my collection, lacking only Cobbs at this point for "big ones " (and of course, Honus & Eddie)

I vowed long ago not to try for the Monster. So far, I have never had more than a small stack before trading off the commons. Nothing wrong with them really, but a bit too easy.

Currently at about 530. When my MN hit 520 I went about 6 months without buying one, but now I'm back into them and am interchanging when I see cards that add variety within my set.

I like the fact that they are available and relatively affordable.

I have four all from the Virginia League. One day I would like to finish that little subset.

Not into them at all but somehow have ended up with 205. :eek: 210 if you count doubles.

About 20. I don't see me amassing a large quantity unless my collecting preference changes. I'm putting together the HOF portraits and attempting a back run.

116 total. 110 HOF, 3 Merkle, 3 commons. No duplicates, but a couple of back runs. Looking to pick up my last 3 Cobb's to complete the HOF set.

534 - 517 individual, 8 for a player/back run, 9 doubles due to print variations (missing red color pass, etc) that look cool in album pages next to their normal counterparts!

That is real specific and I used to know exactly how many I had. It was 655 at one point. I kept a detailed list, at least what I thought was detailed, until someone asked about specific backs, not just the brand. Since I stopped the list, I've bought some and sold some and I'm not sure what I've done more of, so I have approximately 655.

Somewhere around 630.
 

I keep losing and finding Pat Moran. Finally bought a second as an upgrade and of course I have misfiled that card, and it is graded. You'd have to see my "office" to understand. I know its around here somewhere, at least I think it must be. Hmmm...maybe its in the scanner. Naw...

Most are low grade beaters I've picked up cheap.

Probably about 550 right now. A set of 520, a few back variations and various cards I think are interesting for one reason or another...strange back stamp or whatever...a handful of dupes I have upgraded but not gotten around to selling.

I had over 200 at one time, but I now have only 3 that I received as gifts. I love them and I could easily start collecting them again.

519 diff plus maybe 40 dupes at the moment.

Sold a near set a few years back and have less than 10 right now--mostly as types in my type collection.

I currently have 32.

I do have a subset going but only have 9 towards that.

I also have another 9 that are of the same subject, but isn't a back run more like a small hoard. This started to compare the printing after coming across a card that had an extra color pass and people said it looked like a normal variance in color, so I started buying up other cards to compare and haven't found one that is even close.
