Some Casey Stengel quotes:
Being with a woman all night never hurt no professional baseball player. It's staying up all night looking for a woman that does him in. The Mets have shown me more ways to lose than I even knew existed. They say some of my stars drink whiskey, but I have found that ones who drink milkshakes don't win many ball games. |

Ferdy killed himself on ventoux". --------------------- "Goodness, I would give several acres of my land to see him back for a fortnight in the peloton. Just a fortnight. All they would wanna do is go to bed and rest, I tell you. " Luis Ocaña in the eighties. Powerful tribute. ----------------------------- "Vous êtes des assassins! Oui, des assassins!'
