The next batch of Net54baseball T shirts....
 

As we are down to only some large t shirts left from the last batch I am re-ordering T shirts again today or tomorrow. This time they will be in assorted bright colors. I know there will be green, orange and yellow....and maybe a few more. The order will be for XL, 2 XL and a few 3 XL......if you aren't one of those sizes then you can either gain or lose some weight :). It was a toss up between a T205 Cobb and the E90-1 Young (portrait). IN the end, since we already used Cobb I am going with this Young, not ironically from my collection... They will be in, in about 3-4 weeks...(only the front of the card will be on the shirts, otherwise they will look the same as last time) **photoshopped shirt image

thanks Greg....I would like to get them in before I start taking orders and shipping. They will be $20 each, delivered. That is about a dollar or so plus or minus what they are costing, with shipping included. I am sort of excited about the bright colors as I like bright colors and wear T shirts every day....That being said if anyone wants to get in line for one I will go down this thread and they will be first come first served....on colors etc.....So you will get pick of the litter Greg...

when they come in, will you post pics of each of the colors?

It's difficult for me to determine the relative scale of that T-shirt, as depicted in the photo. If only someone had placed a quarter next to the picture, for reference purposes. :)

Put me down for a 2XL in grey if that color exists.....if not....I go with green....just lemme know where to send the dough and when.....

It was 95 in NY today, and I'm wearing my series 1 Net54 T-shirt at this very moment. Series 2 looks rather nice.

Darn. I was hoping the Matty T205 would make the cut:( Either way I will take a Large.

Leon, being a newer member if you still have a Cobb in a L I'll take one of those and put me in line for a new one as well.

I hope to have the new ones on order today. The several of the first batch that have been paid for will ship out today...there are a few of those larges still left.

I just placed the order for the new shirts. We are looking at 3-4 weeks until they are in. The colors are....

Daisy (yellow), Gold, Lime and each had (10- xl) (10- 2xl) (1- 3xl)

Also ordered white (4 xl) (7 2xl) (1 3xl)

Again, I don't want to take any monies yet...but I will go down this thread in order and get what each person wants....after that, I will have some to sell for a while....and I will keep 2-3 of each color of the 2 XLs for myself :).....LL

Glad to hear it. Leon ran a contest the other day and the prize was $50. I honestly thought to myself "eh, I'd rather have an N54 tshirt". :)

Sounds like maybe we need to lineup a Net54 (including me) discount at Weight Watchers.

Well, this is quite a response. I hope there are a few left over for those of us who prefer to win our Net54 shirts.:D

There will be plenty for contests but they will almost all be XL or 2XL.....there are approximately 3-4 of the Larges, version 1 still left....

Now if I could only wear t-shirts to work, 3 1/2 years and I've been able to wear t-shirts exactly twice :)

This is only the 2nd version of the shirt. The other had a D304 Cobb, of which there are a couple larges left and that is it. Here is what it looked like.....(there won't be any color gray of the new ones as ALL of the first ones were gray)

I am sure a large green Young T shirt will be available and your position in line is solidified with this post. I will take paypal for them when they come in but not yet. I chose Cy Young this time but that is only because....well, he's Cy Young. I don't think any pre-war player is off limits. I have chosen Young and Cobby because the 2 cards were nice for the shirts and most people have heard of both of them.

PS...I misstated this. There were NO larges ordered at all...there are 2 left from the previous version. All of the new shirts will be from XL to 3 XL only....

I understand that next in line (before Matty) is the T206 WaJo portrait - right Leon?!? :D

It's undecided. It probably won't be Young or Cobb and probably will be a top tier pre-war hall of famer. It should be Ruth but I need to find a cool, colorized card of him. Otherwise I would say WAJO or Matty would be cool. Lots of good choices!!
