Many of us have followed his own health issues on this board, this morning I received an email that his wife has taken very ill and needs all the prayers we can giver her as well

Certainly hope Bill's wife gets better quick. Thoughts and prayers go out for her and himself.

I rec'd a couple of emails from Bill as well and my prayers have been sent out.
Bill has gone through so much & now Becky is in need of our prayers & support.

Best wishes to you and Becky, Bill - he shared with me a couple of weeks ago that she suffered a "freak" injury and broke her leg. As tough as that is, I hope that's the extent of it and nothing else has happened as well - they are great people who don't deserve all they've been through!

Thank you all so much. I'm so scared, as this is bad, bad news.
Becky broke her leg which we thought was healing fine. Yesterday morning she suffered a heart attack and pulmonary ambulism which is a large blood clot in her lungs.
She's at Massachusetts General Hospital in Critical condition and is in a coma and on a ventilator.
She has a 1 in 5 shot at surviving and then we have the issues of damage done while she was w/o a pulse and brought back twice.
I'm home feeding the dogs and heading back to the hospital to sleep at her side. She's had two operations already and after today's, I sat next to hear holding her hand (trying not to cry) telling her I love her.
The last time I saw Becky before this was Monday morning when we took the dogs to our favorite lake for a walk. I held her hand and told her how much I love her. The next time I saw her was 5 hours later in the hospital. She was un-responsive and so weak. I could only look at her and hold her hand saying I love you over and over again.
I'm a wreck, I'm scared.

I want to thank EVERYONE for the kind words, prayers and advise.
I checked in with my Dr today, and I do have a new infection in my blood and I needed treatment TODAY, which I got.
I'm now on my way to see my wife at her hospital and my Dr set it up so I have the use of a wheel chair as my legs are giving out from the infection and the stress.
Becky is in a coma, and things are simply horrible.
I have our two daughters, various family and friends helping out.
I'll keep you all posted.

Damn it. Im so sorry Bill. Not what I needed to read w how things are going for me now either. Your wife is in a better place, w no pain and will always be in your heart. Still, you have LOTS of people if u ever need to talk/write to try and cope.
