Yes Rob, I posted that photo of the luncheon. That pennant is pretty rare, I have only seen 3 or 4 of them pop up for sale. I have several photos of the dinner, not sure which ones I posted before. Hers are a couple, and a photo of my pennant.

This was Dale's Sports Collectibles. Great booth.
He had these Jimmie Hall and Bob Allison pennants for sale. I bought the Allison pennant because it was in much better condition. I haven't seen either of them before

Like Rick, a pennant guy's heaven.

Yes, this is legit. I think Mark S. would confirm.

Absolutely legit....

Just look at the spine. Common sense dictates that a stiff cardboard-like spine with perfectly straight rows of stich holes emanates from the 1970s or newer.

Contrast that with a soft felt spine with slightly wavy/curved rows of stitching that indicate pre-1960s. The imperfect stitching is a tell-tale sign that some overworked seamstress performed the task, as opposed to a post 1970 automated system.

I know the Orioles and Indians come up every once in a great while...but had never seen the Yankees. Apparently all from the same funky series. Anyone seen any other teams from it?

Who made that funky series? Green, red and yellow is quite the color combo.

Ad Flag had the market cornered on bad art and this company said "hold my beer".
