Whoa.... I don't know anything about this distributor; but, the full size pennants featured are both by ADFLAG.

Not sure about the minis ... but, ADFLAG would make sense.

Maybe the blue Painters Tape? I would never use any tape/adhesive that's more intrusive or "stitch" a pennant to the mat.

I much prefer to apply gentle pressure of the glass/acrylic... just enough to hold the pennant in place without inflicting any damage. I've never incurred one iota of damage (doing it the same way as your Oversized Giants) for the past 35 years.

For just $40 (maybe cheaper?), a 40” poster toploader can give you two oversized holders.

Yeah, AdFlag. Thanks, Kyle.

I was just in touch with someone who actually owns a couple pennants I thought “might only exist in pictures.” They exist, but he’s not selling.

Did anyone in here get this? Final price $430 not including buyers premium.

I was following that auction but wasn't keen on bidding. It seemed like a pretty good price for a lucky buyer.

Live Auctioneers has a habit or not going through with the sale. Check their feedback and Google them. I would be reluctant to put a large amount of money at risk with anything tied to them

Double sided pennant

Here's something a bit unusual....a double sided pennant.

The 1940s Cubs is a pretty scarce pennant. (I need to give it a good clean.) But I've not seen one that's double-sided before. It looks like the Cubs pennant was re-used to make the Notre Dame version as the Notre Dame side has the spine.

Yes, the suede mat holds the pennant in place.
There are a number of framed pennants in the current Hunt auction. Some are clearly attached to the backing with some kind of thread. See the attached pic (to the right of the 1924). It seems like that method doesn't hold things in place all that well, leads to some puckering, and also could damage the pennant. I'm not sure what the other options are (tape?).

What did this one go for?

Looks like the Walter Johnson went for a cool $11k. If that doesn’t include the BP, you can add another $2k.
