Cool...I didn't know that. In any event...It's a rare one. I haven't seen one before. Maybe someone here has.

I've owned a couple of these. They came in dark blue and black. The ornate edging is original to the pennant, but the example in question has faded significantly. Probably the result of years of direct sunlight. Still, a pretty rare find.

Will add pics shortly. I just went and bought it! Well loved but absolute beauty in person!!

I've seen blue fade to brown in older pennants. I think Oooribay has a version of this for the NY Giants.

Love that it is a different material than most pennants. Really great aesthetic.

Here is my best faded to brown pennant. I believe it started somewhere between blue and purple.

That's the most brown used to be blue pennant I've ever seen.

It almost looks like it was meant to be brown. The edge colors really pop in person.

And it feels like a potato sack.
