Yep, they are phone screenshots. I have had no luck resizing them of late. Only have a phone at present. Laptop needs to be replaced.

Rather than screenshots, can you save them to your photos and then use those?

Tried that as well. The file size is too large to post. Used a Resizer App which ends up giving me these poor results. Frustrating
