Bob,
That was quite the poetic demonstration...I found myself singing along to the tune of an old Tom Lehrer song. Great job. :) Sean was correct, though, and the next run of cards are: - Pat McCauley - Moose McCormick - Pryor McElveen - Dan McGann - Jim McGinley - Iron Man McGinnity - Stoney McGlynn After that, it's time for John McGraw. Let's get the Net54 T206 train moving down the tracks...keep 'em coming, everyone. And have a great Friday night. Best Regards, Eric |

Jon...I love those Southern Leaguers. Thank you very much for the crisp scan of McCauley.
Mike...that is a beautiful McCormick, and I appreciate you adding it to the Net54 Virtual T206 Set. Best, Eric |

Bob,
Thank you very much for rounding out the list of T206 ballplayers I posted earlier. You certainly have your finger on the pulse of this thread...McGraw is next. His four different cards are as follows: - Finger in Air - Glove at Hip - Portrait, no cap - Portrait, with cap After Mugsy McGraw, we're off to Messrs. McIntyre; first the two poses are from Harry from Brooklyn & Chicago and then Matty from Detroit. Keep 'em coming, everyone. Best Regards, Eric |

I think that McIntyre is up next. Here's two for the price of one (as well as one T206 that was used as a playing card!).

As requested, there are the Merkles. I know, the last two really aren't T206, but once I get started posting I want to include them all. :)
Now I believe Merritt and Meyers are next. |
Amazing run Sean, just simply great!
I know this will sound silly given all the tough cards above but that SGC 70 OM is really a nice looking card. |

I agree with Wonka...amazing. The Pirate and Coupon Merkles are awesome additions, too. Whether they are considered T206 cards or not is irrelevant, they are most welcome in the Net54 set. Thank you very much for your incredible contribution. It is greatly appreciated. And you are correct. Merritt and Meyers are next...followed by Clyde Milan and Dots Miller. Keep 'em coming, everyone. Thanks for all of your additions, and have a great week. Best Regards, Eric |

Wonka,
That Mullin is absolutely gorgeous!:) Candidly, I have never seen a mint T206 before. Thank you very much for posting this. There are two other Mullin cards not yet posted in the Net54 set. Once we get through those, we have: - Danny Murphy (batting) - Danny Murphy (throwing) - Red Murray (batting) - Red Murray (portrait) Before moving past this, it might be a good idea to include the, "Murr'y" variation...if we want to. I only know of two people who have owned this variation...Alan Hager and our very own Adrian. Should we choose to skip it, I completely understand. If not, let's see it. Keep 'em coming, everyone. And thanks for all of your contributions. Best Regards, Eric |

Great card Sean!
Chris I don't think he is found with a "Red" Hindu back.... |
Thanks Wonka, but I have to tell you, Chris is right. T206Resource says Murphy comes with a Red Hindu. So your back run continues....unless there is something more to this than I realize.
|
Wonka pulling the old "Red" Murray switcharoo...I'd do the same...what an odd evening that was but I digress.

Sean, I was joking well aware the card is found with the back. :)

Before we get to Jim Pastorius...
Jason...you absolutely rock, sir. Thanks for helping to keep this thread going with your excellent posts.
To everyone else, I appreciate your contributions. There is still a gap in the set, though. If someone would please post a picture of Danny Murphy (throwing) I would be most grateful. In addition to not actually owning a copy of the card, I was mesmerized by Wonka's Murphy back run and didn't notice this right away, and was slow to ask the board to help with a course correction. For this, I apologize. Best Regards, Eric |
