Frank, once again, thank you so much for your help.

I've been super busy at work and Frank has been wonderful in posting the results before I had a chance to work on it. It's nice to have a second set of eyes looking over the numbers.

That is true...however, this isn't a typical team. The Panthers have a wild card up their sleeve that MUST be dealt with. The Broncos haven't seen a QB of that caliber all year long. It is like having an extra player on the field. We will see how they handle it. Should be a fun game to watch!

Denver barely won at home by the margin of a missed extra point against a Patriots team that had lost its only real running back, that couldn't block (they fired the line coach the next day), and that made some bad strategic decisions in the game. Manning at this point is barely a serviceable NFL quarterback. I can't see Denver winning and I am really surprised the point spread is as low as it is. Then again, they don't play the games on paper.

Just like everyone said the Broncos had NO chance against the Patriots. Oh but wait, the Broncos won and destroyed Tom Brady. Tom Brady is a better QB then Cam Newton. Newton doesn't have the weapons that the Patriots had. So Denvers defense won't have to double team their WR like they did against the patriots. Also Thomas and Sanders is better then Carolinas WR.

Firstly, I must confess that I lent my net54 account name and password to my Mom so that she could make shill picks to greatly enhance my chances of winning :D (lighten up, just a joke). Secondly, I almost feel bad for winning because the guy that would have won otherwise nailed the points total tiebreaker at 34 points :eek:. Thirdly, I am grateful to the Houston Texans for stinking the place up in the first round, if they didn't lay such an egg I wouldn't have picked Denver in the AFC Championship Game or the Super Bowl :). Fourthly, this makes up for last year's Playoff Pool that I would have won if Pete Carroll had overruled his OC's idiotic play call at the one yard line at the end of the game and punched it in with Beast Mode :mad:.

I wanted to thank Leon for letting us do this once again and donating a Net54 t-shirt, thanks to Phil for once again donating the trophy and thanks to Frank for helping me keep the numbers straight.
