35 years after getting the T206 bug I finally found a green Cobb I both liked and could afford. Now only the elusive O'Hara to "complete" my set at 520.

pretty neat seeing the old boxscores. Lajoie was in there, playing both 1B and RF - never realized he played there early in his career. Full pages of news dedicated to other leagues like the New England League, Western League, Eastern League, etc. In the bicycle section was a full-page ad on Pope Mfg's battery-operated automobile, featuring four comfy bicycle tires!

Nice pickups all, especially like that Cobb.

This was one of those I don't have to have it but I want it cards. It's a 1915 and even with the hole looks awesome. I like that this one was in a candy box.

Most of these are from April with a few exceptions. It has been over a year since I purchased a "card" so happy to add these to the collection!

Still plugging away at this set. I completed the T206 set (minus the Big 4) and it was peaches and cream compared to the REAL monster, the T210 set.

Hi Jimi. The T210 set is a work in progress. Everyone knows the Series 8 cards are tough and most know the Series 6 and 7 are almost as hard but the dang series 4 cards are my Kryptonite. Tough! Luckily I completed the T206s the same time as the T205, been quite a while. Hope to see you in Chicago! Bob |
I keep waiting for you to admit that you have started over on the E-90-1s!
