The Big Train, Barney, Sir Walter, White Knight, The Weiser Wonder, WAJO, El gato del grande

You can stumble upon some nice cards on eBay sometimes. I'm supposedly working on AB350NF, and if I am ever going to finish the subset, this would probably be the biggest hurdle. (I made up the last nickname to see if anyone reads this stuff.) This card looks a lot nicer in hand. The scan emphasizes the creases. I guess everyone always says that though.

I was watching this. I feel like you did well for such a great combo. Iconic card too. Congrats again.

Nice pick-up. I bid on this early. Enjoy.

Thanks, y'all. I think it helped that it closed around lunchtime on a weekday. I almost missed it.

Found this today inside a vintage photo frame at an antique store for $2. Didn’t know what it was exactly at first but I collect Red Sox and figured it was a premium of some sort. Still in nice condition!

This is a huge pick up for me that I have been after for a few years. It is the only horizontal card in the entire set and rarely comes up for sale.

Happy to add this tougher variation combined with a tougher back to the Pirates team set collection my kids and I are building.

Nice Witmor Wally Schang with what I guess is now referred to as a type 3 back. Never graded to date

That's a beauty, Ben! Nice pick up!

Two new arrivals for my 1933 Goudey set, from the Paul Pollard collection via REA. Hornsby 119 became a tough one for me to get, I seemed to always be the underbidder, so was very happy to pick up this nice one. The Vance looked like one of the cleanest I've ever seen in my grade range (G to VG/EX) and in person it does not disappoint!

Nice pickup! From a Big Train collector, congrats. And yes, I did read that, and I was thinking to myself 'what does Andres Galarraga have to do with this card?!?'
