Another pickup from the b/s/t section. Trying to put together a low grade 53 set. At about 1/3 so far but have already picked up all the high dollar cards. Very happy with this one and got it at a good price.

Nothing to break the price guide, but here are two solid Clementes that arrived today. The regular issue card - if it is not NM, it is close. Always been one of my favorite cards, and for whatever reason I have never had another one since trading away the first one I had as a kid when I was probably 12. Love the reflective looking shot of Roberto just looking at the ball. Kind of poignant - he had no way of knowing what was in store for him only months after this card was issued. Striking pick-up, Chris! This would have to be one of the very few remaining. I love it, man. The jingle, "THE CHOCOLATE DRINK OF CHAMPIONS" was cool.

Would love to strike up another conversation with you, my friend. Our last was 37 minutes. The time flew! It made my day.

Thanks Brian! I enjoyed our conversation as well. As for the matchbook, I was very pleased to add it. Now I just have to decide whether it is worth it to send it in for the cap offered on the back! Hope you have a great weekend!

Chris---- Thanks, pal. You have a swell weekend yourself. Yeah, skip the cap, but dreaming a sweet dream---if you could send the matchbook away for the 1959 YOO-HOO CHOCOLATE DRINK Mickey Mantle with the little white tab; now, that would be delightful X 10 to the third power.;)
