I'm happy to be at 5! But hey, it takes time, I'll get there by the time I turn 70 I'm sure (43 right now) the chase is most of the fun!

There is plenty of time (and cards) out there. I am 48 and started in high school myself but tried to limit my "common" backs. Only 170 of my 520 are Piedmont or Sweet Cap, so I have tortured myself quite a bit over the years.

After selling all my T206 cards a few years back, the set is tugging at me again. I'm rereading Ty Cobb, A Terrible Beauty and as I come across the different characters in the book, I'm wanting to pick up those players.

I'm curious as to how long it took some of you to get to 400 plus?

Please put me down as currently having 44.

Well. It appears the monster is raising its beady head again. Once upon a time, there were three. Then 518. Then 10-something. Seems I stand today at 123. Gawd. Perish the thought.
