I'll explain it like this:

If I'm selling, I get the red price.

If I want to buy, it goes for the blue price.

LOL...So true.

What do you guys think of this? Another Net54 member alerted me of it. Any tough pennants in there? What do you think it would have done on ebay?

https://www.equip-bid.com/auction/74...173?offset=160

Nothing too rare in there but for that price a nice deal. It's showing as closed to me.

And on that note...Great. Now there's another website I'll be compelled to monitor for the once in a blue moon they actually have an interesting pennant. :)

I wouldn’t bother. It seems to be a local Kansas City site....altho they will ship.

Okay somebody explain this Lelands auction to me. I just got a red one in REA for an even grand that came in a frame that might have cost half that alone. This one is exploding. I think this one is slightly better condition, but is blue the harder color than red? My searches seem to come up about even.

Whatever the case, if one of you wins it, and you want a frame made just for this pennant ....

i'm not a pennant collector, I'm a Dodger collector who likes pennants, and for me, the blue version is the only one I would be interested in. I personally don't like it in red, but I also won't be the one spending $5k on this one.

Ahhh yes. Thanks Kyle. I forgot about The Reproduction Company. I did a quick scan of your website to see who was around back then and they weren't listed. Will you be doing an article on them?

Yep, I plan to cover The Reproduction Co. next.

I just finished my write-up on Keezer Mfg. Co. I'll post that article in a few days.

The annual pennant sort/reconciliation is underway. Been meaning to do this since quarantine started in March.

Did you guys see this? Pretty decent price ($345) for a 10 inch pennant.

The original plan for today was to build a google album of just my baseball pennants, but once I started I realized a full reboot was in order. Only got halfway done today. My wife is a good sport.

Of course, "her half" of the bedroom looks fairly normal. ;)
