If you don't want to go to the National because you don't like AC or have a negative impression of AC (admittedly, I am not a fan of AC either), then don't go - BUT if you skip it because you feel travel will be too hard, then you will be missing out.

AC is a gambling mecca: they make things very convenient to get there and once you're there. it's like that old commercial for Roach Motel - "Roaches check in but they don't check out". :eek:I am hoping to make it, would be my first National. :cool: Believe it or not, I might have a more costly and time-consuming travel from Long Island than some of you west of the Mississippi. |
