Picked up a bunch of T3s. Prices were mostly high all around but the inventory was solid.

Welcome to the vintage world.

It dropped 20 percent in 7 months? Yikes.

Are most Cobbs down?

They are down a bit, but that example is extreme, if not an anomaly.

On a separate note... Has anyone here received an invoice yet from REA? Seems like either they are lagging behind, or perhaps I am the anomaly.

1906 W601 Detroit PC with Cobb, PSA A, closed at $11.1k. I figured it go for $10k-$12k, so spot on. Although I think this should be $60k+ item, given it is so super rare and given what the 1915 Red Sox (Ruth) team photo PC sold for…

It seems to me that higher-end prewar (player, rarity, set) is doing well given last night’s results. Plus, REA is a top-flight AH, so I would expect nothing less.

I was fortunate to out last the under bidder on that W601 Postcard in the wee hours of the night. W600s and W601s are extremely rare and having the postmark and stamp on the back in my eyes makes it more desirable even though having a blank back in higher grade on it, would most likely fetch more money. Good analogy Ryan on the 1915 Ruth card. I was thinking the 1925 Gehrig exhibit 10 years ago when they could be had in the 5-10k range and now they are 6 figures in most cases.

Got my invoice the morning after the auction ended. Paid. They shipped my lots, and they're scheduled to be delivered by tomorrow.

I had my invoice by 8am MST Monday when I first checked my email/account. If you still haven't received an invoice I'd reach out to them. I always have my invoice early the morning after the auction ends, like clockwork.

Got mine early the next morning too. Didn't have an option to use a credit card as payment which for some reason I found a little odd in this day and age but maybe all the big houses are like that. Just charge another 3% for the option.

with REA's software you can always just look at your invoice on your account if for some reason you missed the email.

Much appreciated, Scott and all...

I do see my invoice on their website, under "My Account". Now I just need to know their Zelle-related email or phone #, as the on-line Invoice doesn't show it. I'll just call them in the morning, unless someone happens to post it here.

Thanks again,
Mark

FFS, no auction house replies faster to emails and phone calls faster than REA. Call them and be done with it. It’s not that tough.
