That's a beautiful ticket!

Not too often you get to post cards from an unknown issue, thanks to Ryan for making them available. All Cuban players with Major League clubs, obviously made for that market although the backs indicate an English speaking audience, more questions than answers.

Dibut and Acosta I don't believe ever had a card issued picturing them with their Major League clubs other than these (Palmero's only US issue is a Postaco Stamp). They all had Cuban cards issued but these are great (even with the damage)...

As a Reds fan, that's a very cool card pickup! Congrats.

Picked up my very first Red Old Mill, and a Hofer to boot, from the very rare Pecos, Texas find. A prominent oil family in the valley has held these cards in gem mint condition since their grandfather collected them from red Old Mill cigarettes packs in the early 20th century. Enjoy...

Nice Rob. I'd had my eye on that one but couldn't pull the trigger.

Thanks, Luke.

Like Colin Quinn says, tough crowd, tough crowd. It was my feeble attempt at an April Fools Day joke. Back to the drawing board for next year...Rob
