I finally got my scanner working again, so I can post some pics.

I always enjoyed the Hugh Duffy pose that is much more commonly seen on a V100 Willards.

You dont see a ton of E123 Curtis Irelands...and a HOFer to boot:p

I just noticed you sent me a PM. But my responses keep failing. I think I have finally figured out that your in-box is full and not accepting messages. By the way, you're not saying my E123 is not a Washington player -- are you?

George, yes my inbox had reached its limit - sorry about this - I have now fixed this situation.

I recognize your nice E123 as being Stanley "Bucky" Harris, the "Boy Wonder." I'm looking for one of these cards or the V100 with the identical pose for my 1924 Senators collection.

Over the years I have met a very few " Type Collectors " The first one I met had a goal of collecting one card or "Type " from every baseball set before 1920. He was very different from most of the other collectors who collected sets of cards. He sold or traded all his doubles in pursuit of his goal.
Another subset of the true Type collector were the collectors who kept Type albums. I knew quite a few collectors that did this but very few that identified themselves as type collectors.

My goal before abandoning it was one of every baseball ACC numbered card before WWII. I was only a few away when I liquidated and started over. I still love types but won't be the completist I was.

Three scarcer singles from my #5 type collection, 1886 N48 & N508 lady baseball players and 1931 Diana Cigarerras. Found two of these at past Nationals and one of the lady baseball players on eBay. Don't plan to part with them anytime soon!

Here's a rare pre-war type. The problem is we really don't know what type it is... Known as "Colgan's Chips Square Proofs". (Colgan's Chips Daubert for comparison purposes)

1923 Fleer

asphaltman, Dave Fast, posted a 1923 Fleer card earlier. The W515s are not hard to find but finding them with a Fleer back is pretty tough. And I think it is still unknown if all the W515s can be found with a Fleer back.
