So what? It was the rule that was made between Frank and I and all members were playing under that rule, whether they knew it or not. Had I deleted the person's account as he asked then the 33rd person was who Frank and I decided it would be. You can call this the double secret rule if you must. :)

Let me say as the person that should have won by the rules you are defending that I have no ill feelings that there is no prize now and that there were twists in the rules that would cause me to have lost.

In reflection, and under the circumstances, I think we can declare you the winner since it wasn't said in the rules that a member on the list wasn't being counted.

Anyone have an objection to this?

If you are stating that you are willing to make me the winner then I will object.
If you are stating someone else would win then I do not object.

I don't want to take a prize if I wasn't the intended winner based off your original thinking. On the other hand I wouldn't want to be the person that stops someone else from obtaining their prize.

I agree and one last thing too. At least one member was banned and on my list but didn't make the list you ran (Rob D)..... Regardless of that the 33rd was written on a yellow sticky on my desk, and it was Daryl W...4815162342. ..

Proposal for a new contest/game...

There are currently 1,323,745 posts on N54. Guess the number of posts on March 31, 11:59:59 PM. It would be hilarious...let the shill and last minute posting begin!!

Rules of Entry:
1) If you don't have a sense of humor and realize this is all for fun, you can't play.
2) Post your guess and only one edit allowed (like the normal routine ebay contests).
3) All guesses must be in one week prior (by March 24) - or something along those lines.

I think the previous contest was rigged.:) Being a known Mason since 1989 and being 33rd on the unbiased computer generated list can't be a coincidence. The number 33 and Masonry together make this a tin foil hat moment.:eek::D
