220/221 T205 Master Set
|
Brian- Wow. ok, you win! :) ...that's incredible.
What's the approx. break down of your rare backs (total number of CB's, Hindus, etc)? i did a quick count of your "Hindu" photo...about 165-ish? PS- Turner- that's a super impressive photo! |
Hi Turner,
I don't have anything you need... Most of my T205 set, except for the rare backs are "hand me downs" from you....;) I'm only twice your age... Hope you are well Brian PS What set are you working on now.... Hey Michael, I could tell you... But then you would sleep with the fishes:D |

Haha! I bet Turner will be happy to see this put on here! :) Wondering if you guys still have any of the cards I traded you guys a few years back when we met in Johnstown? You probably have upgraded everything by now. Take it you are missing the Hoblitzell? ;) |

Major league players who lived or played in Kansas.
|
Those have all been upgraded. That trade was a very pivotal point in the set.
Thanks, Matt E. |

Glad you guys have stuck with it! That pic makes me want to do so many things with my collection. (Must stay focused......must say focused.....) |
Hi Jimi,
Me too.... If I had been as focused as Turner over the last 30+ years then I'd probably be done with a Super Set.... Too many "other cards" and distractions.... Be well Brian PS I hope to see Matt and Turner in Chicago this year.... |
Great pics, all.
Rawn -- you should think about adding a T206 to your Carrigan collection ;) Regards, Richard. |

Always wanted to do this with all of my cards...it all started with the T206 Matty Dark cap in the center, and has spiralled out of control since then. I guess I will need a bigger round table sometime.

Complete run (66 cards) of the T206 SOVEREIGN 350 "apple green" Series .......... :) in their glorious original RAW form :) .......... oops, except for Matty

See, it's stupid comments like this. Arrogant people on this forum that are just not willing to appreciate and accept other's collections. Richard A. try to buy one in 20 years. There are plenty left now, maybe some are mine, you never know. This was fun for a few years, I've grown tired of the dick measurements, you guys have fun, I know I will.

Shown all too many times....one more time sorry.

Members of the 1908 Chicago Nationals - almost completed
http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n...oNationals.jpg My son, also a member of the class of '08 (2008, that is) http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n...ampTheCubs.jpg Still need Del Howard, Andy Coakley & Vin Campbell on a period-era card to get everyone. Bill Mack pitched the only two games of his career for the team, and Karl Spongberg made his one and only appearance in the majors as well. Neither, as far as I can determine, ever appeared on a baseball card. Interesting tidbit about Spongberg & Mack: Both had career batting averages of .667 (2-3). |
Signed T206 Collection
Been stuck on 39 unique signed poses for a couple of years. (37 if you don't count Mrs. Matty & McGraw.)

Matt E's post
Actually, the dog is thinking about how yummy the tobacco-laden Polar Bear and Honest Long Cut-backed cards would taste, but for the plastic. Clearly planning on trying to pry one open.
