I'm just not convinced he "technically" crossed the line. <br /><br />If he listed the exact same auction under Collectibles\Artwork\Homemade then he would be OK. If under Baseball\Singles\Pre-1929 then it's clearly fraudulent. But he is somewhere in the middle.<br /><br />
