Posted By: <b>J Levine</b><p>Here are a few more by request...<br />It was amazing the first one came out at all...setting up a tripod on a timer on a mountain in sub-sub zero temps with a 25 MPH wind and having to stand still for 45 seconds was actually harder than it looked.<br /><br /><img src="http://www.network54.com/Realm/tmp/1197618043.JPG"><br /><br />This pic was taken on our first night and one of the few that I got with my own camera. Long exposure gave the snow that red sheen. I thought it was cool.<br /><img src="http://www.network54.com/Realm/tmp/1197618020.JPG"><br />From my desktop background at home. This was taken by my friend Mitch on the second night of our trip. Here's a fun winter morning (I think Feb of this year) in Southern Cal, water temp is probably mid to high 50's. The only good thing about the cold weather is less people in the water... <br /><br />Winters in San Diego are much better for waves than Los Angeles, but LA gets better waves in the summer...
