Posted By: <b>Scot Reader</b><p><br />Lundgren pitched his final major league game on April 23, 1909--after the 150 series artwork was created but before the 150 series was released. Also, The American Tobacco Company re-released Lundgren (Kansas City) in the 350 series. These facts probably explain why Lundgren (Chicago), unlike most 150/350 subjects, does not appear with Brown Hindu, Sovereign or Sweet Caporal.<br /><br />It is my view that Lundgren (Chicago) is scarce primarily because it does not appear with these brands; I don't think Lundgren (Chicago) is in short supply with Piedmont 150, for example.
