Off the record they all say that Joe is a great guy. I have dealt with him only once, at a show in Philadelphia a few years ago. I found him helpful and good to talk to.

Its one thing to have two graders look at it before its in the slab--its quite another to have one with the second looking at it after its graded.<br /><br />Also I think of interest is Reza looking at every pre-war vintage card(or McManus--may not be his name).
