Posted By: Mark
Thanks Jeff, that makes sense.

Hopefully, I can win more cards now that informed VCP users will no longer be overbidding.

Mark

Posted By: quan
i was indifferent about VCP and CP and could care less when they stated what they wanted to do with the sites. I felt I had a good grasp on the pricing of the cards I was collecting. However a couple weeks ago I was about to do a 3.5-4k in trade and just to be fair and impartial to both parties I plopped down the $10 to get sales data for all the cards involved. That took all the headaches and haggling out of it and a deal was reached quickly.

I also did some other random searches and for the most part the data was there, however I had one I was hoping to find that was missing. Data also goes back a couple years I believe.

Posted By: Gilbert Maines
cmoking: I just had Dr. Freud on the white courtesy telephone, you know, the one down in the Grand Concourse; and he says that it is ok to be non-confrontational. Supposedly it does not make you a coward, it is simply an alternate personality type - one that whimps like you would never understand. (just a joke).

Posted By: jay behrens
cmoking, that's up to them to reveal themselves. While you are at it, why call out the call cowards that won't post here on the board that dislike me? Same thing isn't it?

Surpisingly, there are people that wnat to maintain a certain image here on the board whithout giving away to every how they feel about things. I am honored and flattered that they trust me not to out their position

Jay

Growing old is not optional, growing up is.

Posted By: Cat
Cmoking:

It is WAY OFF BASE to call some of us cowards, when the board rules dictate that we cannot post anything controversial unless we post our names. You actually avoid posting your name, as do I. It is my belief, that many of us post behind the scenes to avoid this rule by using the e-mail system and chat portion of this board. I have had my fair share of e-mails from Leon telling me to backoff since no one OPENLY knows my name (probably no less than 20 board members know my name privately). I don't post much of anything...which includes the constructive or knowledgeable information I may have. I do share a lot and talk back and forth behind the scenes...as I think I have done with you. Board rules mandate that many of us take it off the main board...but does not mean we are cowards.

I often enjoy Jay's views...don't agree with all of them. One thing I 100% believe is .... Jay was not being personal or petty...which I can't say for some of the other posts.
