Who's missing from the HOF?
Posted By: jay behrens
If you don't think Maz belongs because he got in because he is widely considered the greatest defensive 2B, even though he didn't have great hitting numbers, then I would hope that you also think players like Harmon Killebrew have no business being in the Hall either since all they could do was hit and you prayed to god that the ball never got hit near them.

Jay

Who's missing from the HOF?
Posted By: rob
I am Not saying Maz wasnt the best at his position, but the hall is mostly for offensive #s,But my question to you is if you think Maz Belongs then do you think when he retires Ordonez will ever be considered? be honest. I dont.
I like Gill Hodges, but i dont feel he belongs in the hall and i hope he doesnt get in. The hall should be for exceptional players in their time...guys like Bonds...sosa..Piazza....Arod......Ripken....clemen s maddux...they are this generation of stars and all belong in the hall i just feel thats how the hall needs to vote
Rob

This led Rose and his lawyer to an "Agreement and Resolution" with the Commisioner of Baseball. This agreement by Rose and his lawyer has both of them acknowledging that the Commissioner has a factual basis to impose that Rose is permanently ineligible in accordance with Major League Rule 21.

Jackson was dealt a harsh blow simply to show that players who accept money from "crooks" to throw games will be punished.
