I feel you. My scanner sometimes makes imperceptible by the naked eye stains on my m114 posters look like Jackson Pollock practiced on them.

A tough one arrived today in the Warren Spahn PC. You don’t see these for sale often….1950 Drakes. A little paper loss on the framing, but I’ll take it!

I got this one a while back, but got logged out for a while and then our picture issues, so never got around to posting. Pretty happy to land a tough Merkle.

If the person that bought the T215 lot from Leighton is a board member here, I’d love to get that Merkle Red Cross if that a duplicate for your set.

E300 Plows Fred Merkle

Enjoy,
Bob

That Merkle is a ball card!

Thanks Jim! I try to find something I really love when it’s not a T206.

Love getting Merkle on my oddball cards!

I finally got around to sharing the video of my favorite pickup of 2025.

It is a Vintage 19th Century and 20th Century Tobacco Card collection that includes both Non-Sports and some Sports cards including a pretty well hidden gem...a T230 Duke Kahanamoku card that I had been looking for for quite some time.

The collection appears to have been put together in some time between the 1950-1970's by the long ago original collector.

Warning: it is a long video as there are 400+ cards in the album but is a fun watch if you have some time. :D

Thanks to Brian for the deal on Waner. Also added a black Hubbell to go with my green one. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...3e4ee63704.jpg

2025 has been a quiet year for my catcher collection.

Picked up my first cards of the year...an Otto "Dutch" Auer 1912 Zeenut with a small Bardell Sepia logo back to go with my Premium Ad back version which I have owned for 20 years.

Also picked up a Harry Price batting pose 1912 Zeenut.

I couldn’t resist this one. Pics don’t do it justice, super sharp image and great colors.

Hohoho,
Bob

What a great item Rhett! It would be hard to take that apart, but as you said the pages are falling apart. I hope you'll offer any of the extras you don't need on Net54's BST board.
