T205 Hindu Walter Johnson to complete my T205 WaJo backrun.

Any Oliver "Ghost" Marcell (1923-24 Billiken or Tomas Gutierrez or even more unlikely 1927 Mallorquina)

Thanks
Chad

1890 Old Judge Mike Tiernan.
There’s gotta be one out there somewhere

Scarcity

Just tough to find issues, WOJO Diaz, the Minoso Hage's (interesting to see so many people chasing these)... completing my Punch set...

One I look for but off and on
T209 Blackstone. Just don't see them, although there have been a couple in lots.

And one that took years but shouldn't have
88 Topps Canseco. By the time it was the last card I needed, it was no longer a dollar card, a price I wouldn't have paid earlier, but being the last one...
No joy. Every shop said they had a bunch, nobody was willing to find them in the back room for the 25 cents that was then full price.

Took 2 years to find one.
I did consider just buying a set, but that was just too much just to get one card and was sort of cheating.

Well, just like that I figured I hadn't checked in a while and there was one on ebay.
Strange how things work sometimes.

Al,

Best of luck in your search to find the remaining Punch cards. I see that you are looking for a Plank for that set. Is the only example known to exist from the Merkin collection?

I'm assuming you got outbid in Hakes auction a few years ago?

Tony
