Thanks guys!

Johnny, I hadn't realized that, thanks for the info. Looks like it sold for around $2,500 less a year ago. I'm very happy with this card's price. Excited to get it.

I'm talking out of my butt here, but I thought prices on the the Turkey Red commons were quite reasonable for such beautiful cards/display pieces.

Does anybody know what is the bowl that Chase is holding? A vessel to hold betting slips, perhaps.

T206 portrait for my HOF portraits run.

Really nice low grade Petey for my HOF RC run.

And this nice little Goudey Premium R309-1 for the PC.

The back of that 63T Rose must horrible or I can't see how that's a PR 1. Nice pickup.

I managed to pick up a few things. I'm pretty pleased with the Callahan Chandler. Other than the DiMaggio, I think it's the toughest card in the set.

Jeff, many thanks. Great article. A loving cup for Hal Chase. Who could imagine.

It has a red mark/paper loss on the back. I absolutely love how the front presents and really have found it hard to cough up $ for his RC, so this one fit the bill for my HOF RC run.

Nice Turkey! I really enjoy seeing a 1 with great eye appeal. My T3 collection is built on them! Thank you, pinhole, for keeping the cost down. :)

I even looked at it earlier in the day and planned to log on in OT and chase a few things, but I got all caught up in some other stuff and by the time I remembered, it was closed. Too bad too. I was looking at the 1958 Bell Gino Cimoli and it went for about half of what I would have bid.
