I got from well respected collector friend
and we spoke about it and he asked
me to post here.

Al respond and was interested in knowing about
the 1959 album but did not have any input to give.
Im not resisting or deny any info that anyone can provide.

I am open to any and all facts.

But so far im not convinced they are not fake and leaning
more to real side.

Its not about knowing if the card is real
or fake. I want thank my friend for
helping and giving me information about
a un known cuban player the played in
us and mexico. If the card is real or "fake*
is irrvelant to me

found another collector of these cards
and owns a few and he firmly believes
they are not fake.

They're good and I should know.
I've never been to Cuba, but I've seen it from a cruise ship. I have also seen Venezuela and Fernando Valenzuela,

Richard, when you asked me, the reason I only responded with the word "fake" is because that's really all there is to say. Steve (Manny) has been beating his head against the wall here and getting nowhere. This is one of the worst cases of confirmation bias I've ever seen.

Also, that fake Silvio Garcia card isn't even Silvio Garcia. That's Alejandro Crespo pictured. A double-fake! Kind of a holy grail card for you I'm guessing.

Only if they are crisp and new...like they'd just been printed.

I have decided to give card away to friend
that collects cuban memorabilia for free
explaining card is fanasty piece not real
photo copied etc etc.


leason learned double check even if its your
friend of 20 years.
I decided too cut my losses and not
chase someone for $38 dollars


on the other hand feel happy collector friend
that i gave away for free is happy as fanasty piece.

Just an update on this card.
Sold by trusted until now fellow member
and friend.
Seller has not responded after tons
of email phone calls and messages.
If u see this message keep your stinkin
$35 plus tax lets be correct and charge
me tax even though card is fake.
