Agreed. Enough apologizing going on already.

By the way, you T206 collectors better hope you can trade those things for TP because you certainly would not want to try to use them as TP. He with the most most M114's and M101-1s (and -2s) wins!

Whenever life gets you down, Mrs. Brown,
And things seem hard or tough,
And people are stupid, obnoxious or daft,
And you feel that you've had quite eno-o-o-o-o-ough,

Just remember that you're standing on a planet that's evolving
And revolving at 900 miles an hour.
It's orbiting at 19 miles a second, so it's reckoned,
The sun that is the source of all our power.

Now the sun, and you and me, and all the stars that we can see,
Are moving at a million miles a day,
In the outer spiral arm, at 40, 000 miles an hour,
Of a galaxy we call the Milky Way.

Our galaxy itself contains a hundred billion stars;
It's a hundred thousand light-years side to side;
It bulges in the middle sixteen thousand light-years thick,
But out by us it's just three thousand light-years wide.

We're thirty thousand light-years from Galactic Central Point,
We go 'round every two hundred million years;
And our galaxy itself is one of millions of billions
In this amazing and expanding universe.

Our universe itself keeps on expanding and expanding,
In all of the directions it can whiz;
As fast as it can go, at the speed of light, you know,
Twelve million miles a minute and that's the fastest speed there is.

So remember, when you're feeling very small and insecure,
How amazingly unlikely is your birth;
And pray that there's intelligent life somewhere out in space,
'Cause there's bugger all down here on Earth!

T206s will plummet in price while 1967 Topps Pinups will increase greatly because of the much greater wiping surface.:D

This thread has degenerated into a really pissy-crappy one...

1948 Topps Magic Photos cards and 1930 Baguer Chocolate cards will become virtually worthless.

During WWII the Hobby skyrocketed.

So far, the only thing to turn in to toilet paper has been the ruble. The exchange rate is currently around 105 rubles per dollar. By comparison, one dogecoin is currently worth about 12.3 cents, or a little over eight per dollar.

I am in agreement with this. Too politically correct nowadays. Can't say anything without hurting someone's feelings (as I walk a tightrope LOL)
.

My experience is that the people most butt-hurt generally are the ones whining about other people being too sensitive. I wouldn't know either way, as I am about as sensitive to the feelings of others as a rock, though I do hate stupid, rude, prejudiced and/or ignorant people. They can all bite me.

I would buy it for cheap and turn a profit on it. I would be in no way turning my back on my country by supporting them and their war effort with my coin. I mean we still buy 600k barrels of oil a day, that we DO NOT need, so they can continue bombarding innocent civilians and overturning a freely elected government.

You are entitled to you opinion. IF you think we aren't too overly PC nowadays then so be it. I just know how I feel and it chaps my arse. And I will leave it at that because otherwise I am going to hurt someone's feelings :)... Again, if you don't think so, no problem. We can agree to disagree and still be friends. ....

Back to topic, I don't see the current geopolitical issues hurting card values. However, if it escalates to other countries, imo, that has some potential to change.

If we win, card values stay or increase. If we lose, card values implode but we all have much bigger fish to fry. Lets win. Fuck Putin

Nah, I don't find him the least bit appealing. Not that there's anything wrong with that...

Sue Bird is rather accurate from long range.

I could see the movie version now with Harrison Ford as her coach in it. At the end he confronts Putin: (.......in his gravel-ly voice)....."Get yer hands off my point guard Poo ton"

The Eastern world, it is explodin'
Violence flarin', bullets loadin' . . .

But you tell me over and over and over again my friend
Ah, you don't believe we're on the eve of destruction.

Beckett's oversized slabs too; they can be used as impromptu fallout shelter roofing.

You will know the end is nigh when your doorbell rings, and Vladimir Putin appears on your stoupe with an armed personal guard and demands you hand over your "base-bol cards". :(
