This Joe Jackson authenticated signature is available--?

It was part of the back of an envelope a fan received from Jackson in 1949, so the story goes. Joe had signed two full signatures on the item in addition to this "Jo", as if Joe was practicing his autograph. I believe the envelope was ultimately purchased by Leaf, who then cut it up into three separate pieces.

Even though it's only 2 letters, it looks better than the Christies example (to me). The two "J"s are way too tall on Christies' example, and no other known exemplar is even close to looking like that.

Too bad the 2-letter version got "leafed" (or maybe leaved?) :rolleyes:
