I always thought they were two distinctly different people.

Adrian offered me his PSA 4 52T Mantle for a really low amount. Although all his shenanigans had involved reneging and to my knowledge he hadn't actually ripped anyone off on a sale, I got suspicious when he wouldn't use a third party as a go between, even one he knew. Another board member rolled the dice with him and it worked out fine.

124. Ban of the Year Roast (also Adrianaline Rush)
A thread where people gleefully celebrate a certain member being kicked off of the site.

I believe Adrian was a little before my time, I'll have to go on a hunt to find his posts! Sounds like an interesting character. As a side note, a lot of talk in threads I've been looking in, surrounding the 52 topps Mantle. It might be a sign from God, that I need one. However I think at this point, I would need to sell one kidney and one lung in order to afford it!

Just leave. It’s that easy. Sail off into the sunset.

Their site doesn't look to be secure but I doubt you get in trouble going there...

Just don't get their most famous for, chicken fried steak! I really don't understand how anyone could like that.

And back to subject, if anyone wants to delete their account, and I hope they don't, just PM me.

Leon, did you own the Grandy’s on 121 near Preston? When I lived in McKinney I always said I was going to go there and I never did and then it was closed. Damn.

Chris, your lack of patronage is the reason it closed.

The guilt is real.

Must be litigating. Maybe picking up some waterfront property?

Wasnt he a self proclaimed attorney?

"He practiced law, but was confident enough to go out there and do it for real"

Got to watch out mentioning things like slender man or 1952boynton because all of the sudden they show up....

Id like to note I only edited grammar typically, and where did I ever proclaim I was an attorney. Waterfront property though did come from me and is accurate. Ill go check out mine and check out the values.

I am new here so it is hard for me to understand why anyone would want to delete their account.

After seeing examples of cards/photos I have never seen, such as the Bishops's items Leon posted, it really makes no sense. What a great resource.

I agree. The only thing I am deleting is a couple of wood ticks off my collie's ears.

Nothing new on the 311, it's been the subject of an awful lot of discussion for many many years.

I believe it was 2014 when Adrian was doing his thing and we'll never see those prices again.

Merely conjecture and hearsay counselor

Welcome aboard, Robert!

You will find that the folks here, from Leon who makes it all happen and on down, are real experts. An incredible wealth of cards, and the information about them.

Never utilize ice machines for E99 floating heads. That was Heady Ballgame's advice to me.

Before they pulled out of Houston there was one pretty close to my house. Not a bad place to go for breakfast with three small kids. They had an older woman who acted as 'hostess' in the dining area (I'm assuming they all did this) who supplied you with napkins, condiments, coffee refills, etc.

I tend to avoid fast food these days but if Grandy's was still there I's definitely stop in for a breakfast biscuit sandwich from time to time.
