Thank you Ryan. Your Mullaney is the ULTIMATE scrap. I’m hoping posting a third will stimulate some interesting discussion that may bleed over into Pat’s ledger thread.

Fantastic card Sonny!
I've attempted to break down the different layers. https://i.imgur.com/U2LLLrR.png |
That’s amazing Chris. Your skills truly blow my mind. I appreciate you unraveling the clutter.
|
Amazing card Sonny, & amazing work on the deconstruct Chris!

Chris, can you deconstruct the Mullaney (again)? Thanks in advance
Oh, and here are a few blank backs and one proof |
|
That Matty proof is insane...one of the best T206 in existence IMO. Wow. And the Mullaney is the most amazing ‘scrap’ I’ve ever seen. Kudos.
|
Nice Chris!!! Thanks. And thanks Sonny.
|
Incredible cards everyone!! Nice work Chris on the separation of layers on those cards.
|
Shit just got real in here.
Sonny, The Helm scrap is incredible. Ryan, amazing. And Chris, I always love seeing your deconstruction work! |
Pretty sure Sonny's insane scrap will end up in Ryan's collection. :D

Don't seem like an exact match of Mullin.... hmm.. |
Yep it's Mullin. I recreate each layer manually using other scans/images and they are definitely not 100% accurate/matching.
I used the original T206 image for the Young ghost https://i.imgur.com/bOfvmMU.png https://i.imgur.com/puMja4p.gif Best scan I have of the Young https://i.imgur.com/VYGJmk0.png |

wow.. u created those single images one by one? I thought u have some kind of software that can separate out each pigment like those machine museum uses to inspect documents from thousands yr ago. |

Thanks to Adam for a great trade.
(This is an older scan, before the card was flipped over in the slab, I think Wonka had that done with this, and several other error/printing freak cards, many years ago). |

Recently picked up this Street. Pondering whether to keep or sell it, as it's a Piedmont back and I'm working towards an off-back set...
I wasn't able to find much in the way of comparisons. There was a two-faced Hugh Duffy recently on bst, but that was a graded, Sovereign, HOFer, with the name shifted as well...Any thoughts on how to classify this (ghost, shift, etc.)? Any thoughts on possible added value for the rarity? Thanks! -Ryan |

Nice cards, guys.
Ryan, that's a printing "shift" (not a ghost), and a great one at that. Nice to see this thread revived. Here's a few other printing errors I have... |
Just got a Young Bare Hand with name on top on consignment. Not the craziest thing I've seen but a good clean name on top with nothing on bottom, so a nice example.
|
Love the Piedmont/Tolstoi Graham, great card Mike!
|
Thanks Chris! I know you have more goodies too...post a few more.
|
|
Chris- awesome freak, brother!

Butler scrap with a green print layer from Paddy Livingston(e) and an upside down ghost image on the front. I haven't been able to decipher if the ghost is Butler or someone else.

My Dorner

I don't have many T206 freaks. This is sort of an error. Shown before but fits the thread, at least somewhat.

I now own the Hemphill. One of my favorite cards.

Re-reading through this thread, and looking at all the images again, was the most enjoyable time I've spent on Net54 lately.
