Here is Tommy Leach...I think the artists in all 3 sets captured the look in his eyes.

Fun thread! Not the great scans, but my minimal contribution until a better one comes along. I'd pay altered/authentic prices for the Auth T205 like this one all day long.

Nice cards...keep your tobacco crowns tripling in. Here is George Mullin. He had one heck of a year in 1909.

George T. posted a very nice trio of WaJos near the beginning of this thread. To keep this thread going, here's a WaJo trio that may have different ad backs:

I think I saw these already but here's my Speaker 3 pack.

Thanks Ben for bringing back this Triple Crown thread, and in a show of appreciation I have thoroughly asterisked up Livingstone in the original post.
And repeats are fine...if Rogers Hornsby and Ted Williams can do it more than once, so can a player be repeated by any of you out there. Brian |

My Pirates contributions ... Dots Miller https://www.net54baseball.com/pictur...ictureid=36763 and Chief Wilson https://www.net54baseball.com/pictur...ictureid=36764 The T205's and 6's are no longer mine, but I have fond memories of them. |

Thanks Ben for bringing back this fun thread. With your Lennox addition we are down to needing 15 more to have shown all the Tobacco Triple Crown winners.
To keep the ball rolling (admittedly sideways), I will repost my Leifield trio that started off this thread a little over three years ago. Brian |
I did not display it but I do own a triple of Jack Barry. I did not see him on the list. His T207 card is pretty cool.

On the bright side, I also happen to have his trio of cards, and his T207 is indeed a fun one. So in a break in tradition from my other scans in this thread, I will present his T207 card centrally located and horizontally orientated. Brian |
One of my fave posts to resurrect.
It's the, "Peaches and Art" Show! (... or is that, "Peaches and Herb". Wait a tic; I just dated myself with a lousy, musical history reference.) https://www.net54baseball.com/pictur...ictureid=38208 Ben "I love baseball history backstory; especially when it involves cards." |

Nice Duo of Trios Ben, and after visually ingesting those Grahams, we are practically Fromme-ing at the mouth. I especially like the T207 Graham, a great card that is not seen as often. Asterisking in first post has been duly updated! Brian |

In addition to being in the Tobacco Triple Crown these nineteen (19) players also have cards in the T3 Turkey Reds and E145-1 1914 Cracker Jacks:
Seven (7) Hall of Famers Chief Bender T3 #80 and E145 #19 Roger Bresnahan T3 #4 and E145 #17 Frank Chance T3 #47 and E145 #99 Walter Johnson T3 #99 and E145 #57 John McGraw T3 #26 and E145 #69 Tris Speaker T3 #36 and E145 #65 Joe Tinker T3 #35 and E145 #3 Twelve (12) Commons Bob Bescher T3 #81 and E145 #110 Howie Camnitz T3 #7 and E145 #16 Bill Carrigan T3 #86 and E145 #27 Red Dooin T3 #14 and E145 #38 Tom Downey T3 #91 and E145 #107 Larry Doyle T3 #13 and E145 #4 Ed Konetchy T3 #103 and E145 #118 Tommy Leach T3 #3 and E145 #41 Harry Lord T3 #106 and E145 #48 George Mullin T3 #30 and E145 #24 Nap Rucker T3 #34 and E145 #51 Wildfire Schulte T3 #117 and E145 #101 |
I am all about lists, and that is a cool one Tony. Here are the players that would remain from your list if the E90-1 American Caramel set is added.
Five (5) Hall of Famers Chief Bender T3 #80 and E145 #19 and E90-1 Roger Bresnahan T3 #4 and E145 #17 and E90-1 Frank Chance T3 #47 and E145 #99 and E90-1 Tris Speaker T3 #36 and E145 #65 and E90-1 Joe Tinker T3 #35 and E145 #3 and E90-1 Five (5) Commons Bob Bescher T3 #81 and E145 #110 and E90-1 Howie Camnitz T3 #7 and E145 #16 and E90-1 Red Dooin T3 #14 and E145 #38 and E90-1 Tommy Leach T3 #3 and E145 #41 and E90-1 batting/throwing George Mullin T3 #30 and E145 #24 and E90-1 Brian |
Cool Brian!
Out of my list all of the players have multiple T206 poses with the exception of Bill Carrigan, Red Dooin, Harry Lord, and Tris Speaker! McGraw and Tinker both have four (4) different T206 poses. Chief Bender is the only one from this list in the T227 Series of Champions tobacco series. |
Anybody offhand know how many have T204,T205,T206, and T207? I know WaJo does.
Thanks Chad |

Chad and brianp-behumorous, why stop at players who are in the T204 through the T207 sets? How about a list of all the players who are in the T204 through the T208 sets? I believe there is only one such player, Chief Bender!

I believe Bender is the player in the most different tobacco card issues. Here are the sets he is in (that have designated ACC numbers and feature players from MLB teams):
