Article mentions that there are only 2 known Wagner Piedmont 150 backs. I thought there were 3.

Did Wagner ever request withdrawal of his card? I thought he never authorized/refused the use of his image in the first part.

Is it that it sold for $110,000, yet 3-4 years later the estimate in the catalog was $125,000-$150,000, then sold for $451k?

The scan of the back of the Wagner is some other Piedmont 150 card, not actually the back of the Wagner they were selling (which is trimmed but not miscut).

I was wondering about this, but couldn't find any pictures of the back of the Gretzky Wagner to confirm. For this reason I didn't think it was glaring.

It was an enigma wrapped in a bologna sandwich. The real question is why the different back?
