Thanks. Obviously not a perfect specimen but my goals, within my pretty paltry budget, were to avoid some of the really bad centering and "off" die cuts you often see on this card. I just have to hope I don't ruin it when I take it out of the holder to add to my display.

Must you really extract Henry from the holder for your display? There are card stands. I would think you'd like the holder and the added protection, but what do I know about your lovingly crafted display. I'm sure you've thought it through about what you want to do. Hope it works out the way you envision. Again, swell Aaron. |
Got this HOF auto back TTM on Saturday. I love the big, bold sig. PSA 8 crackout.

May pickups
Pretty happy with this pickup for my ever expanding vintage Cubs collection. Let's play 2!

Picked up a couple of HOF'ers for a good price to add to my "well loved" 1952 set.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...6e611b3a07.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...1be92e0e55.jpg

It's funny...I don't always remember which guys are.doing which project. So my first thought was how jealous you were gonna make the N54 guy collecting the 74 Topps signed Bosox set!

Just a memory, but I was in the Wrigley Field bleachers when The Hammer blasted yet another home run off Cub pitchers, this time with the result of breaking the National League career record for most runs batted in. There's no point mincing words-----Hank wore the Cubs out! When he was traded or whatever, to the Milwaukee Brewers, I breathed a sigh of relief. Unfortunately, Dave Concepcion and Mike Schmidt took over!!!!!!!!! Here's a wish you get 3 more Henry Aaron beauties before the end of the year!:D Take care, my fellow collecting warrior. ---Brian Powell |
