I think I got a great price

I will gladly buy HOF T5's (cardboard mount) for what I payed for the Jennings.

I know bargains are hard to find at REA, but I thought the Eddie Plank E104-1 Nadja Caramels card went cheap. It sold for $900 + the BP. At Leon's Heritage Auction last year, a different SGC 30 of Plank went for over $2,000.

I thought the Orange Borders complete box for 1,600 and the Wagner Rose PC for 7k were pretty good deals. (I didn't get either however).

The appeal in those is not so much with the people on the cards, but with the fact that it's rare and made by Topps. Some collectors go nuts for this esoteric Topps stuff, and it's a cool collecting niche, in my opinion (even if those that collect it are a bit "out there" :p ).

Good idea to find those sheets and maybe offer a few up.

The Sawchuck went cheap, but not surprising. SGC just doesn't seem to get the bids PSA does. Maybe the Mile High one went too high??
