Ken - I considered a 1923 W572 Rapp or Barbare - but the Reiser is higher on the priority list!
Cheers, Patrick |
I want these and that 1905 Tigers team Sporting Life(I think that's it) for a member who I can't recall

But look on the bright side: Josh picked your card as the one card he most wanted. No one has mentioned any of my cards. |
Nap
There was a lovely Lajoie Novelty Cutlery for sale in B/S/T. Would love to have been able to afford it.

To many great cards to choose from so maybe the best option would be one
of these. |

Funny how you bring that up about Ty Cobb. There was a special insert in my Atlanta Newspaper on Ty Cobb. Back in his early days playing for Royston Reds. It had a nice pic of him with 4 kids showing he was born in Northeast Georgia where he got his start. Then there was another team photo in the 1890's where he looked very young, much like that one posted here. ** I will see to scan those photos and the reading material for ya guys. Or maybe you can see it in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution dated Sunday May 17th. It was in the E-section called Living & Arts. UPDATE with some PICS from newspaper: http://s1240.photobucket.com/user/ky...w7n3m.jpg.html |
