Any heated discussion that I don't get involved in and just get to read about. :)

1. Tim, I'm not sure what you're talking about...there isn't any debate: Mary Ann.

2. Fred, you are cruel. Just cruel. :)

3. My favorite debate is any one where someone says that a particular card isn't worth $x because they used to pay $x/10 for the card 15+ years ago. :)

Cheers,
Steve

Anything involving you and that one guy.....whose name currently escapes me.

+1 It really shows what kind a person someone is.

I also find the T206 scrap threads interesting. Would never collect it but like to read about it.

Thank you!! I really like looking at it and reading about it. Just the prices remind me too much of the last error craze. By the way anybody need some 80's error cards?:D

mrvster 01-13-2015 08:10 PM

Ben.....

analogous to coins, stamps, ect.....

It just took a little while to catch on.....

an upside down airplane on a stamp? a miscut bill? they all bring insane moola:eek:

they are highly collected/valued/cherished.....

T206 and rarer cardboard can't even be in the same category as 80's and 90's crap!!!

they were so over/mass produced and valued, the "Thomas" 1990 topps error nnof , or some of the other ones tanked with the rest of the cards....

These T206 errors took the opposite climb to popularity !!

and the fire has been lit....

you have to own one Ben! Email me....I know where there is a deal or two on one:D after you own one, they are very tough to let go....

the value is the fun of even owning one....

just ask Turner! ;) he just had his "scrap cherry popped" with that sick ames:eek:;)

CONGRATS! my friend.....you deserve that card.....you know where to let it go if you ever want to;)

Peace
