He remove it pretty much right away and then sent this message.

"ok brock i talked to the state attorneys office yesterday and sent them the messages u sent me and i will now press charges against u for blackmailing a company for money she even told me u r now breaking the law and i can press charges against u,you can not blackmail a business for money as u did and we do have a message with u putting it that way,she ask me to wait for u to slander my son's buisness as u just did so 1st thing tomorrow i will b sending her copy of wat u just did and we will see u n court buddy,".

I bet I never hear from him or his so called lawyer.

I for one am glad you did this to the rip off artist. I think you have him red handed. I think you should contact an attorney and check on the statute of limitations and beat the wise ass to the punch if at all possible. If the butt wad sues you, (which the 8th grader won't) I'd counter sue the stuffing out of him. Good luck

Sadly Florida law is only 5 years. I know I won't hear a word back from him.

not to steal your thread but a few years back i bought a gehrig card off of ebay for $1200, paying with cashier's check it was cashed right away and not hearing back for almost two weeks i contacted the seller, after several ignored emails i decided to file out a police report (i worked there so i had blanks) and send it to him stating i'd turn it in if i didnt hear from him...

long story short, the wife (supposed wife) said he died and can she send me some stuff to make up for it. i was dumb and said yes. she sent me a bunch of modern baseball collectibles (mostly junk) and a few late year cards of mantle, aaron, no cash....i had to sell off everything over 3-4 months and recooped about 75% of my $1200.

i wasn't happy but i learned my lesson. i dont believe the guy died, but i do believe i scared him

+1. $600.00 stolen is a big deal any time.
